What exactly determines weather a sled is a true Mod sled vs just a trail sled with some aftermarket parts? Btw this is one of my dream builds absolutely beautiful job I love these 440 race chassis vs just the regular rev chassis

You know the stingers are pretty loud when the camera picks up the echo of the sled in the woods haha. Sick sled though don't see many in NY

Nice sled! I just bought my 1st sled 03 rev 800. I’m tearing it down and going through it. I’m new to sleds. What are some good websites that will have 03-07 rev parts besides eBay? Thanks man!

What’s the carb jetting to run them pipes??? Ecm reflashed?? High compression head?? Pump fuel??
This is very bad, but I haven’t even looked at the jetting. I have high compression race heads for it but I have pump gas heads on it. I did check plugs the only time I trail rode it and they were good. I’ll be diving into that more this winter. I just didn’t get to ride it last year. I have clutching changes to make. Needs to be peppy’er lol

I have not, but just leaving HayDays I scored some NOS yellow panels and black panels to make it mint again. Trying to get all new plastics on it to freshen it up.
@@AustinLeeckRacing I believe my wife gets them from dollar general… grab a pack up give them a try anything that’s a hard and somewhat smooth surface they work wonders!!!! “ especially “ with a little simple green and some water….

Getting a new hood? Is there something wrong with the Lexan hood? Would you consider selling it?
Lexan hood looks like someone tried cleaning with brake clean and took all the shine off of it. It has a small crack in the front: I have it off the sled and the bracket for it
