graphtec craft robo pro, 60 degree blade on card stock (and carrier sheet). i see two offset settings in the "plotter controller" window. one of them just say -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. the other in "advanced" settings shows 30 degrees in the offset. should i simply keep the first offset at 0, and change the advanced offset to 60?
I cut vinyl just as a hobby. Ever since i changed my blade on my cutter i am having this problem. Would you happen to know how to change the offset on a Master Tiger 1000 vinyl cutter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
I amusing Sure-Cuts-A-Lot software, and in the output dialog on computer, it has an offset adjustment there, already, set to a [default .25]. Does this override the machine offset? Or does the machine override the settings I send with a job?

I do engraving on stone and use HARTCO SANDMASK 25X20 10MIL and works great but I'm trying increase production and find that the weeding and transfer tape is very time consuming. Eliminating transfer tape can increase our time somewhat, unless anyone knows of other options? ANy help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
josh good video but is there a standard for offsets with each blade over every machine? the makers of my cutter dont even exis anymore so i have no back up to seek the answer.
Turn on cutter. select media type (roll,piece.edge) enter. press menu. then press down. @condition press right then down twice. then press right to edit then press enter to save
Thankyou so much for explaining the offset, I purchased a chinese machine of ebay called a goldcut 720 and have been tearing my hair out to what the hell has been going on. I figured the machine was ok when I used the plot pen when all came out fine which prompted me to do a search on youtube for "Offset Setting on Vinyl Cutter" but of course the stupid machine only seems to have speed and force adjust with the offset needed to be done in the export I THINK ? Sold my roland years ago silly me
Hi Men i have cut small letters but not close cut. in my setup window "CUTTING OPTION unit/mm", then i have "Close: 0.4" "Offset: 0.25" "Precision: 0.2" it´s wright this parameters or what suggest for each parameter. tnks men.

My Graphtec FC4100 cutter has an offset setting and my cutting software, Flexi, also has a place to set the offset. Which should I use?
