    Start of a Scottish Cup 6th round football match between Kilmarnock and Celtic. LV. Captains tossing up. SV. Crowd. GV. Celtic kick off kicking from right to left. Ball goes to Kilmarnock's forward who kicks up field. SV. Crowd. SV. Celtic goalkeeper John Bonnar leaps to save and clears up field. LV. Fernie running with ball and attacking, Kilmarnock's defence is tackled, the ball is then bobbed about from head to head and finally goes out to right wing. SV. Man in crowd. SV. Play in midfield, ball goes out to Celtic right wing, Walsh collects and kicks up field for Celtic attack. SV. Celtic attacking, the ball goes out to Eric Smith. He scores. Score, Kilmarnock 0 - Celtic 1. SV. Crowd cheering. SV. Play at the other end. Left winger Henaughan centres. The ball is then bobbed about from head to head until one of Kilmarnock players finally heads ball wide off the net. SV. Crowd cheering. SV. Tommy Murray with ball, he is intercepted but continues to run after ball. Team mate Willie Harvey runs up to collect...... he starts to dribble with ball and runs forward and shoots at goal. Ball goes wide. SV. Massed crowd. LV. Murray taking a corner kick. Shot behind goal. Bail goes to Henaughan who heads it in. Score 1-1. SV. Crowd. SV. Celtic attacking. Ball goes out to right wing who centres, ball is bobbed about from head to head. LV. Crowd. SV. Pan, Celtic again attacking. Player shoots, goalie Jimmy Brown leaps to save... he clears up field. SV. Kilmarnock attacking, Rollo collects ball and shoots. Goalie Brown leaps to save but ball goes over bar. Final score 1-1.

    Look at that crowd, you couldn't swing a cat inside Rugby Park. Killie had a great team back in the 50's and 60's.

      @@Fernandwinnie You're right William but today the game would be live on TV and the ticket price astronomical. Still, I shudder to think how many youngsters were 'lifted ower'.
