Well make sense to me.
I disagree with this woman. As a coach myself this is why life coaches are misunderstood. Coaching is not always about goals, it’s about deep transformation, which was does not always equate to actionable goals. For a “type a doer” yes, action can be great. Not everyone is created equal and neither is every coach.
