I Went on a Posh Train! The Carriage Designed by Director Wes Anderson

In December 2022 I went on the Belmond British Pullman for their 'Festive Lunch'. I was in the Cygnus carriage, which is designed by Director Wes Anderson. This is the sister train to The Orient Express!
It was a real treat! A seriously beautiful train. Those four hours went by so fast🚂
There was a magician on board who did some brilliant close up magic for us, and I loved the singer - she performed on the platform, and then hopped on board to sing a song for each carriage during the journey🎄
I didn't rate the cocktails - it was a tiny menu, so you'd think they'd be delicious, but sadly not so :( I also didn't like the orange dessert, but everything else was groovy and top notch! Check out that 4K beef wellington footage!
I love dressing up, particularly inspired by 1920s/30s style, and don't get many opportunities to go full glam, though I wanna make more effort day to day!💖
