Actually, the whole coast of Peru is desert and there are other oasis like oasis Moron.
The desert stretches into northern Chile and Bolivia.
Your duty is to inform yourself of the restrictions of each place you visit!
Sara & Luca , love your videos the way you speak truthfully & tell the history of the places you visit. Also when you do hands on , like in the Copper factory. You make not just beautiful videos but imformative ones. Teacher's could use them in classrooms. Fun learning ! Though it gets hard sometimes the journey your on & sharing with the world is extremely important.

I loved the moment the "police" realized they could not overcome the powerful woman spirit
She stood up to show them what's right. I felt so proud of her, not letting herself get trampled yet handling it in a respectful way. All while being a delightfully pleasant and humble person. This is how we men like our women in our lives to be. Unfortunately, the US seems to be running a shortage of this variety at the moment. We have plenty of stupid-aggressive and confident incompetents though. Our blind arrogance is likely to be the root cause of our ultimate downfall.

At the beginning , the locals in Peru thought that Marie Reiche was a crazy woman. Imagine she alone in the middle of the Desert during years. With the pass of the time, the Peru Government gave her all the Honour she deserved ! ! A real hero for her perseverance

I'm glad that you disputed the charge, even though, they were right. You have to be very careful with flying the drone, they are almost banned everywhere. They are restricted almost everywhere. Ask before you fly it (don't have the drone confiscated). The drone footage is so beautiful. HUGS!

It is hard to imagine being there , to much barren landscape, I live in OREGON, in the forest, amongst 100 tall trees. I could not live there.

I think we underestimate how intelligent ancient people were. They may not have had our technology but they were just as smart and clever as we are today. If they wanted to draw huge sculptures on the ground they could figure it out.

We think we are so advanced but in many ways I think we are just like the people in history who thought the earth was flat. I also believe a lot of knowledge is not shared with the masses. It would be very arrogant to think in this vast universe we are the only intelligent life forms and I do believe they have been to earth. Did they help build many things of this world? another fantastic video.I enjoyed the drone footage but did I do the math correctly, it was around $623 U.S. for the permit? The Soles is very strong right now but I'd be hesitant to spend so much on a permit and possibly be questioned of it's validity.It looks like you have snowboarding trousers going up the sand-good idea! It really looked like North Africa from the roads.How are you finding fuel, propane & food stores along the way? Thanks, Ciao!!!! Luka is an Alien, I agree with him that the Indigenous people probably had a force to guide them.I'm sure people will argue this point for the ages but excellent video.I wonder if those power lines run all the way to Terra de la Fuego.The lorries along the road show that this part of the World depends on commerce & trade.It's so vast, beautiful scenery.

I'm glad they didn't keep your drone. My wife is from the Philippines. I've been there several times, when I'm there I see plenty of scammers and opportunists, some of them are officials, even in the visa office. I let my wife and her family handle them, it usually works out well!

Nazca lines are Pre - Inca remains. Actually created by the Nazca Culture (between the 1 century and the 7th) so not even the great older ancestors, to the first Incas, were borned when these Nazca Lines were builded. There are many pre inca cultures you will found at Peruvian territories, and by today more archeological remains are founded sometimes related to newly discovered civilizations, cause Perú has lost of territories non explored. As an example, a couple of years ago the legendary boiling river was discovered at Perú, after so many centuries that everyone believed it was just a part of the EL DORADO legend, but now everyone knows it was true; is just is not promoted as a turistic place, since is actually a very dangerous river to visit cause the hot temperatures.

Having seen how people create crop circles in the night, and people make giant temporary designs in snow and sand, Why is it so hard to imagine these done by people
Oh people just get excited over the what ifs. It's harmless fun.
I have yet to visit a crop circle. Ones nearby i already knew were by humans playing a gag so i never did visit
I know the energy if a ufo landed on ground etc. I can't describe it because it doesnt relate to anything i can think of " natural " or normal to earth. I had spent a couple weeks taking a school course in a very low populated area of mountains and we saw saw about a dozen ufos leaving area. Our teacher who resided there semi full time during then said its normal including bigfoot encounters. Where the aliens landed on a regular basis melts the mountain rocks. It coats it a clear harden base over the rocks and you can feel this bizarre energy feet away and especially touching it. They took slabs of it.
With that said... Those are the 4th dimensional beings that are destructive to our solar syatem.
Higher dimensional beings really never come here for visits because we are on the 3rd dimension.
I say its a reincarnated higher dimensional being that did the crops in this video or simply just an artist with an expressive mind.
The 4th dimensional beings wouldn't do this. Perhaps a rare visit from higher but i doubt it.

Italians are not calm people. When Sara got involved the 2 officers realized they were dealing with an aggressive foreign woman and words were not going to be enough. Don't get me wrong, Italian women are not violent, but they most certainly WILL speak their mind. I REALLY love Sara, she is a strong, intelligent and opinionated woman.
It is a good question who really did the Nazca Lines 👍 👍 👍. What I believe is that is was done by the Locals. The reason to believe that is based on the Textiles of Nazca. They were very skilled people doing this. They know well how to calculate geographic images onto their Textiles. So it was scaled up in the flat ground. The second reason was their Architecture. They built Aqueducts as Cantalloc and Piramids as Cahuachi

Clean or replace your engine air filter after driving in the desert..The filter Can get restricted by the sand and cause your truck to get Bad has mileage and other potential problems. Best Regards

Yeaaah when I saw the part where Luka started to fly the drone over the first Nazca Lines, I was like, Whaaaaat? Somebody will get a fine FOSHA. Even I know that flying drones over archeological places is illegal and I don't live there.

@@elgringoec Acclimate is indeed a proper English word. Acclimatize is also a proper word. Both mean roughly the same thing and both are acceptable. I would say that acclimatize is actually more appropriate as it is used generally to do with altitude whereas acclimate is more often to do with an an environment such as a hot climate.

I make up words sometimes in Spanish, and get this - they more often than not turn out to be a real word properly used. Great video! Too bad you bump into those uniformed guys. All they had to say was "Drones are prohibited" and you complied. I see they do it to charge because it's to support the maintenance of the parks and facilities.

In all fairness it wasnt the security that was uninformed. The policy is on the web site. Frankly most public parks and national monuments, ruins and such are going this way. And when you are a VISITOR in another person's home you take responsibility to know the rules and regulations.
