Norway lost to the German forces, However I have to debunk some myths. the first one is that the germans attacked with a "small" force, they attacked with 120 000+ meaning a very large force, and one comparable to other invasions of other countries at the time.
The Briish and French forces helped a lot to hold back the germans, but even after they were withdrawn to help france Norway held out alone, in fact longer than any other country, 62 days, the same time the german's used on taking most of the Continental Europe

Not excactly. During the course of the campaign, your 120 000+ arrived, but the initial invasion force was small, consisting of special troops to compensate, owing to the challenges of naval invasions and germanys' limited naval capabilities. This was a huge gamble, but since they captured almost all main mobilisation stores in the first few days, Norwegian mobilisation and abillity to fight back was significantly reduced.

@@kristianstrm2375 Still German losses were significant compared to other campaigns. Cruiser Blucher was sunk in Oslo fjord (later the RAF would also sink the Konigsberg) and Leutnant Spiller's attempt to capture the king and government went into disaster thanks to an effective norwegian ambush that killed Spiller and over a hundred wermacht soldiers.
Unfortunately for the norwegians they had no air force so the Stukas could pound them continously. But the fact they resisted over 60 days shows how costly it was for the germans to conquer Norway. Holland resisted just a week for example, despite the fact they could have flooded the country making the german advance almost impossible.
