You sound overwhelmed and overstimulated. This happens to me alot because modern day life creates these two outcomes. When I feel this way I unplug. Stay away from all media. And I am very aware of what information I am allowing in my life. I do this till my nervous system calms down and I feel more like myself again. We live in a very toxic society. I often have to remove myself to re-center and remember what's important to me. "Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."

The things going on in the world can drive you crazy , can make you ill Iff your not careful , your right to cut off a while and definitely it’s what you do have not what we haven’t , but sometimes it’s hard , glad your Invisalign has arrived and your pacemaker going to happen soon , love the crotchet I think doing that is calming xx
That's good news on the Invisalign! When I had my Invisalign, I bought a crystal nail file, and that was really useful for filing down any rough edges on the aligners. Makes them lovely and smooth!

Ha.. I feel your energy today G, had a similar day myself. Wen’t into the supermarket for a bit of lunch but picked up some cat treats whilst there, the lady them pointed out that it was supposed to be 5 items of less at that till but I in fact.. had 7 but said she would ‘allow’ me to effectively by something from their shop ‘on this occasion’
Then as I came out, another member of staff was berating some old guy for parking one row over which technically meant he was in the carpark for the other shop. You know when you just think, I would you give over a bugger off! I seriously feel I could live quite happily in the middle over nowhere at the minute. I don’t watch or read any news now, have no social media and just follow a few channels on here. 😂
Anyway, sure I’ll feel better tomorrow.

I have to go next week, for another 3 month check up as I had surgery to have skin cancer removed. Hey, do you think that things were getting you down because of the impending pacemaker? its like a background stress really, you know thats coming up. I love the cardy, great job!! That will sell fast. Lovely colours. x

I've been feeling the same way recently. Pondering lots of big questions and often coming up with nothing but negativity. My birthday is today, so maybe that's why? B-days don't normally affect me at all, but I'm feeling very "what's the point" right now.

Everything in the media is fake. What you are feeling is so relatable. I know it's hard. What helps me is to try and stay as present to the moment that we can because that is really all we can control. You are doing wonderful- keep going ❤
Okay, not everything in the media is fake. A lot is really important information for the public to know. There are certainly untrue stories out there and, unfortunately, most things are sensationalized to the point where a rational conversation is impossible. But I don't think extremes like "everything is X" are helpful because things aren't "always" or "never" one particular way. I actually think that type of zero sum thinking is part of why we are where we are. It leaves no room for nuance.

Yeah I don’t really care what others think. It’s for me. I’ve had such a long journey with my teeth. From rubbish braces with the school dentist and lying dentists. I just want to do it for me.
Your height is used for drug calculations combined with your weight therefore they will administer the correct amount of drugs during your procedure x
Height just done to work out height weight ratio. See if you’re a good weight for your height basically. That’s what they told my daughter xx

Hi Georgina, I'm interested in your ICD journey as I have been offered one due to being diagnosed with heart failure. I'm undecided though as I had breast cancer last year and if I had an ICD I wouldn't be able to have an MRI scan in the event of recurrence. Also I've heard about them randomly giving you a shock when you don't need one, which sounds alarming 🫨 I wish you all the best with it and will be interested to see how you get on.
