@@gingerkittie6206 - Repentance needs to happen with the Lord first, nobody else more important than him. It would be great to admit to the world but as long as the father forgives and he does, he can start there. No matter what he says to the public he wont get forgiveness from all regardless.
This isnt his first time with trouble with the law. He previously got a dui and pretended to be his brother when arrested. He was willing to let his own brother suffer the consequences. Jussie has a pattern of framing others to avoid consequences. He wanted to press charges against the Nigerian brothers and have them arrested but his lawyer advised him not to do that because she knew they were not guilty and that Jussie was guilty. He did his crimes in public to get publicity and basked in the glory of victimhood. Therefore his repentance needs to be public as well. He cares for no one but himself. He is old enough to know better but he keeps doing this kind of stuff over and over.

It would be nice especially in the city that was investigating for him to be public and it would be the right thing to do. However in God's eyes it does not have to be at all, as long as he is right with him. Then allow the Lord to help him move forward to be a better man. At some point he will have to publicly acknowledge some form of guilt to help his career, but he don't need all that with the Lord.
