For the first time I have see this welcome ceremony of Pres Ferdinand Marcos... my feeling was lifted and so proud how they respected the Filipinos in behalf of FEM. Thank you President Marcos. Ronald Reagan asked FM for gold to back-up his Rainbow Dollar project to save US economy with the following requirement; 80% in bonds and 20% to be paid in cash. However, President Marcos wants 80% cash and only 20% bonds since he already saw how inconsistent the US economy due to fiat currency and continous debt. Marcos denied Reagan of his terms and the rest is history.
