It's definitely up there, his Madrid side was great as well, they just happened to face possibly the best club side ever

The greatest achievement was in Porto. UEFA Cup, the Champions and even Portugal squad that lost euro 2004 final was based in Porto's Squado. The only difference was Mourinho was quite better than Scolari.

This is quality content! Keep up the good work bro :D ... I myself became a mourinho fan while writing a series-article on him. Perhaps the reason to his later downfalls is cause he reached his peak too early (Porto and Chelsea, Inter was a masterclass as well) to make mistakes and learn from them. Do something on Wenger if you have the time and opportunity, how he, despite his lack of major trophies in the last decade, shouldn't be considered a failure. Thanks for the videos! Cheers!

Do you have any video of the Mourinho´s early years in Porto. I think it's quite interesting how he changed from a attacking 4-3-3 to a compact 4-4-2 in diamond. Deco, Maniche and Ricardo Carvalho were also very interesting players.

Can someone show this video to creators of FM? I would love to see there all 4 stages of tactical play and not just starting formation.
You have to visualise what your roles make players do. I have a 4-1-4-1 that makes the attack 2-3-5 on the pitch in possession with the 2 and 3 in the midfield 3.
