He won't share because he cannot get a hold of the original creator to ask permission. However I believe as a creator and lover of all things disney that the creator would have wanted to share all of it with everyone. Just saying.

he’s working on it, he made a lot of modifications to make it work over the years and he doesn’t want to share it without making sure that others can get to work as well. if you were to download it right now without him explaining the modifications, it would not come out in your game as it does here. please be patient, it is going to be a process because he does not remember every modification that he did and needs to play around with it.
