His attitude resembles everyone on the Bucs. Can’t think of a single diva personality on that team. They don’t just choose talent, they go way deeper than that. They draft and acquire good humans
Yep- Jason licht has been one of the most important people the franchise has ever hired. When we do get divas they either show themselves the door (brown) or we open it for them (Devin white). Team is tight knit, everyone makes great money in a state where they don’t pay income tax, weather/grass field, a good fanbase- rachaad is another perfect fit
That's exactly why they are going to surprise everyone again this season.
So why did they fall off so hard when Brady left?

Bucky Irving might affect how many carries he gets. Irving will surprise a lot of guys
Never have to worry about yards from scrimmage from this guy, but def wanna see the next step taken in rushing yards specifically this year
