Exactly. I think of Axis & Allies, Global War as a Strategic level wargame waged across the globe. Barbarossa is a specific Theater of Operations in that strategic conflict. So it is a zoomed in smaller scale Operational level wargame. No navies, weather & logistical concerns. Huge distances between Moscow and Warsaw. Its a lot of fun.
