Actually the only impossible record to break here is Schumi's %100 podium finish. It can be only equaled.

Shortest distance driven in an F1 career: Ernst Loof in 1953 only managed to go 2 meters in the ONLY GP he ever entered! His fuel pump gave up almost as soon as the flag dropped, leading to only a few meters of forward motion... He also started far back on the grid, so he never even actually made it past the starting line in a Grand Prix!

There's another remarkable record from the 1997 championship battle that we may never see again. Jacques Villeneuve and Michael Schumacher may have been fighting for the title, but not once did they share a podium appearance at the same race all season

To make Schumi's podium record even better, only one of those podiums was a 3rd place (in Malaysia, behind the two Williams), all others were 2nd places or wins.

World Champion with 46 years? Maybe we’ll see Kimi beat that record! 😂

  • @RedTsarOldChannel-INACTIVE

You've forgot (again) one of the best records.

Just on Niki Lauda's 1984 record, not only did he not take a pole position, he didn't even start any race from the front row which makes his championship win even more remarkable.
