Actually, the school is not Lebron James’, his family foundation is helping to fund it by donating $1.4 million every year, majority of the funding $8 million comes from the local education authority.

I'm from Southside of Chicago.....the crime is out of control and something needs to change. Guess, the powers with resources have decided to retake the city. 1) raise property taxes to the point people can't afford to live there and 2) gentrification of the worse parts of the city.
There is nothing any mayor can do about crime. IT BEGINS IN THE HOME. No mayor can go to each and every home and tell people how to raise their children. I don't recall any mayor, giving a person a gun and tell him to kill another person. If you know of any stories like this, please inform me.
They have removed the black teachers here too. Also refuse to hire black teachers. Oh god same thing here. We lost Black State and Fed govt jobs. We lost Black Police. We lost Black Firefighters. Black Health care workers. WS on blast.

Thank you and Principal LaRaviere for bringing light on the politics of the day. Professor Black Truth has pointed out that the Democratic Party is building a new coalition that weakens the strength of black voters. That coalition will include Hispanics , LBGTQ. . . and others. In Chicago all of the dynamics are in play to dilute the black vote, black representation, and black education. So it is not just happening in Florida.
This is happening everywhere. This is why Desintis was booed in Jacksonville because that people see him for who he is and what he represents.

I was just in Chicago yesterday i was heading to green bay wi to deliver a freight load. And Chicago is a very beautiful city. And it's very segregated as well. Most of the black population is on the Southside and near Westside while the Northside is predominantly white especially the suburbs. You will rarely see any black people in the Chicago suburbs. Unlike Atlanta where most of our suburbs are majority black.
What suburb were you in? They are in the Western and South suburbs. Not to many Blacks on the Northshore, but plenty of Blacks are in Evanston. Logan Square, Belmont Cragin, Wicker Park, have Blacks in the community. Not to may Blacks in Edison Park, Forest Glen, or in that area. Additionally, the near West Side, still have old Black home owners that have live there for decades.

This is such an absolute truth. My daughter went to a charter school of majority African-American students and majority African-American educators. By the time she finished the 12th grade half of the African-American staff were gone. Non-there’s just a few African-American teachers.
