PIP enabled does cause a significant loss of FPS which I failed to mention. I also highly recommend running "Fullscreen Windowed" if you expirience crashes!
How to get better performance in all games?:
-Turn on Windows Game Mode.
-Set battery option to high or max performance.
-Set as "Above High" CPU Priority.
-Disable CPU 0 (If on quad core or higher).
- Remove XBOX game bar.
-Use process lasso to adjust CPU/memory priorities & affinities.

Arma 3 on not complete garbage rigs actually runs way better on Ultra settings than the low settings. Keep textures, objects and terrain at ultra

@@RafalJan88 yeah thats a good rig, you should deffo run Ultra settings. Lowering those 3 main settings will actively hurt your performance. Arma3 engine is weird like that. Unfortunately arma FPS is also mainly determined by the CPU and not the GPU like modern and well. optimized games.
