- Today's video is all about the terrain tools in The Sims 4! I give you a small tutorial on how I use them as well as some of the tips and tricks I've learnt along the way! I hope this tutorial helps you in your game! PC, no CC or mods.
Hi everyone, today I have made a small #tutorial in #thesims4 with the #terraintools talking about things I have learnt, from elevation to landscaping. I show a few different styles of builds you can use the terrain tools with, and also some landscaping tricks. I even show you how I make the waterfalls you may have seen in my other speed builds! That last heavy-handed terrain paint around the edge of the waterfall at 28:33 (when you were showing what not to do) was totally my technique, LOL. Thanks for showing me a better way. :)

Wonderfully thorough and useful tutorial - this covers a few little known tips that you’d only know by experience. You have thoughtfully taken time for viewers to absorb the information, while giving examples to illustrate each step, as well as showing where in the menus each item may be located and which styles are available from which packs. A natural teacher, a talented and skilled builder! I appreciate the soft spoken, relaxed atmosphere. I wish I had someone like you when I first started playing SIMS! how did you make the terraine flush/merge with the wall?
I’m struggling to work out how to change the colour of the terrain when you’ve changed the height. Any suggestions please?
Any ideas on how to do this with a lower house-ground? I'm creating my family's house and our driveway is steep but not that steep. Asking since there're no lines to use if you don't make it extremely high...
I think what I would do Is change the height of the house to what you'd like and then use the smooth tool to even it out, I hope that's a little helpful 🤞
