Woah only one video??? This would have been a great series. I love everything about this: humor, pacing, facts, style. I will subscribe in hopes that you revive this thing!
Such a soothing voice, love the humor. Thanks for the video!
Excellent video. I've built a collection of the Schneider-Kreuznach lenses with the dkl mounts to use on my DLSR cameras and not only have you educated me on the lens performance, I now know how to pronounce " Schneider-Kreuznach ". I just need to learn the accent.
You really need to do more videos. Excellent work here, very enjoyable.
Excellent review (and history lesson!). Also love your dry, mellow sense of humor. I subscribed and hope for more videos in the future. Thanks for a unique and intelligent introduction to this very interesting lens.
Thanks a lot for your kind words, M M!
The best part of an already excellent video are the images at the end. Best video I'm going to watch today I'm sure!
I noticed your comment only now. Thanks a lot for the kind words!
I love the old German lenses, sharp, nice contrast, with a lot of character, and often with beautiful colours and bokeh.
I have the 50 mm version of this lens, and it's a keeper for sure.
The last photo in the video looks like a still from French cinema.
Thanks for the video.
Thank you for a very interesting, entertaining and well made video!
Very nice overview of this beautiful lens! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
gracias por tan valiosa información amigo
Nice. awesome review
Awesome...
Great video!
Very good video!
Hi,
I removed the back last element on the rear to remove a fungus inside the back lens.
Then I screwed it back again, I didn't remove anything else during the cleaning.
Do you think the lens will be in focus again if I screwed the lens without checking the position? It doesn't move at all.
Thanks for your help
Good Video and lens!!! Can you tell me the name of adapter for sony?? Thx
You are an angel
Thanks for the review!
Do you know what the mount type is called?
Looking for a converter for my Canon.
Thanks.
It's the Robot mount: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_(camera)
It won't be possible to get an adapter for a Canon DSLR, only for a mirrorless camera.
Have you ever had the 35mm 2.8 Xenogon??
Great video
Can you test the xenon 25 mm 1:1.5 ?
Thank you, Steevenoo.
Right now, I don't have the time to add more tests, but hopefully this will change soon. However, the Xenon 25/1.5 is a c-mount lens, so its image circle won't cover full frame at all. And I don't have plans to test different camera systems.
Lens like a Mercedes entire hand made!!
I like the video, but this classic lens vault lacks other lenses !
Thanks alfasud, you are right, but I have too many other things to do at the moment. Hopefully this will change sometime.
Ths for video
nice review, mr. president Vladimir Putin
