hey Abraham, great video/advice! I was going to make a comment about you saying in this video or another portfolio review how artists should stick to the concept 1:1, since I had come across works online like on artstation where the artist/modeler made improvements by either changing things like the proportions, surface details, or altering the style a bit. but for people who want to get into the industry then yes they need to prepare to follow the concept or direction that they are given since in my experience that is what employers mostly expect.

3. Create and assign materials according to the CMD, also create
textures and UVs for the materials that need that.
4. Assign an extra attribute to every transform node with the
attribute name = “Material Name” and the attribute value = the
material name which is applied to the Transform node according to
the CMD.
i.e. the car_body Transform node would have an attribute like this
