Exploding the mesh is an outdated workflow, you should probably review your workflow and see what can be improved or updated before creating tutorials on a subject that has been covered countless times

One question, i only want to watch that chess room rendering scene want to skip that character , so after watching the basics of marmoset can i directly jump into that chess room part ?.....or i have to watch that character tutorial also ? Will i be able to understand tht if i skip that character video ?

I notice it mirrors every stroke perfectly. How do you turn that off? Like what if you want to make an asymmetric feature on the face?

if I 3d scan a water bottle would it pick up the text on the label well or would I be better of making the water bottle myself?

Hey! I was following along with this tutorial and when it got to my height maps in maya, it did not seem to take very well no matter the settings I used. I tried for a long while on a few different parts of the model and textures but it all turned out to look like a huge blob or mess instead of displacement like shown in the video. Any thoughts what I could do to work around this more? Thanks!

If you want to have him wear the hoodie, use Pins/Tacks. In the 3D viewport, click on the Tack button and choose "Tack to Avatar" , then click on the top corners of the hoodie and click the top edge of the forehead to place a tack, that makes the hoodie stick to the top.
