Thank you! Yes, i love shimmer eyeshadow looks. I use morphe and revolution eye shadow palettes. They are my favorite.

I really love the Simplicity pants pattern that you made with the bows added to the front. Those pants are super cute, and the waistband really does look nice with double elastic going through it. Great, great collection of easy and cute patterns.

So much great information, Tea! I love your videos and have bought several patterns on your recommendations before. Also the book by Sandra Betzina (Fabric Savvy). I have been happy with all my purchases! I especially love all these knit tops as they are easy to dress up or down, and easier to fit than a regular blouse pattern. And fast! Thanks very much

What an awesomely helpful video! Does that time include tracing the pattern? I use Swedish Tracing paper because my sizes fluctuate.
I like Swedish tracing paper. I use Bee paper as well. I would say it depends on how quickly you sew. When I started sewing, I took a lot of breaks. But if you’re sewing straight through from beginning to end, yes. Also, this time doesn’t account for things like alterations, adjustments, and modifications, washing the fabric etc… When I made S9385 it took me exact 2 hours and 15 minutes to trace, cut, and sew the pattern. But that’s because I didn’t make any alterations. Most of the time, it’s not going to go exactly how you imagined; so you may spend more or less time sewing a project. But these are really easy projects that shouldn’t take long at all. I hope this helps.

We’re having such strange weather here in the UK. Some days it’s almost T-shirt weather, then middling, then jumper days. So weird. So I do t know whether to make sweaters or not! Lol
🤣 we are experiencing something similar in the state I live in. But I want to be prepared. Last year we went through much of the winter months and didn't need to wear any heavy outwear. Then one day it hit us hard and I wasn't prepared. I didn't make my winter coat until the spring lol didn't even get to wear it. This year I'll be ready 😆
I have the Simplicity 8983 and love it I have 2 dresses 4 tops and the skirt, and my daughter and friends got tops each as Christmas gifts. It is quick comfortable and versatile 🙌❤️💜💙

I just cut out 9385 and wanted the sleeves for B but the sleeve piece is only for the longer cuff. I ended up cutting that, but was pretty frustrated for a while trying to figure out what to do. There is no lengthen line on the sleeve piece. Oh well! Thanks for sharing!
I was a little disappointed that it didn't have a lengthen/shorten line. I hope you are able to make it work.
