@@angll3lisse yes i did it im kinda insecure bcuz o fmy weight me dropping my weight made me so much happier and knowing that i love playing sports like any sports almost, i love basketball,football,volleyball,dodgeball and i put my all effort into them i was going to the gym for 2 months and mainly i lost the weight because i was playing for a junior basketball team! And in put a lot of effort into practices and play

Now you may be motivated now and be in the reythm of being strong minded and disciplined but especially with ur life style you will hit a knock at some point where u won’t work out the hardest part about it all it’s to have the support group but also personal discipline to get back on track asap ( just thought I’d share as definitely something I’ve been through)

I watched your videos with the overnight Oats and meal prep and decided to give dieting a other go, having always lost weight and then out it on, but this time it has been mote enjoyable and I am 6'3 and at a health weight of 93.5 kilos down from a top weight of 123 kilos
