Been watching for a long time and I love that you added a gym to your home, for the extra room i would put foam rollers, matts, bands, or multiple add ons so that you dont clutter the wall or ground of your gym, I would also look up mind pump, they are a good source for fitness contents of all experiences they are based out of the US and are 3 highly experienced personal trainers

For the storage room in the gym - you could put bands, ropes, medicine balls, etc. Bands/ropes help for stretching and assisting exercises such as pull ups, and medicine balls are great for abs.
Sidemen have really changed over the years, and I can’t believe this lad has an entire football pitch in his garden. Big up Simon and the other Sidemen❤❤

Simon Not sure if you'll see this but you can use that storage room for protein powder, pre, creatine and any other supplements that you might need or want along with spare bits of equipment so all your stuff in on hand easy access so your not running in the house or wherever else to get anything you might need/want. For the storage bits up front when walking in you could display milestones or things that mean most to you to go and look at to give you that extra bit of motivation or push to go through with whatever exercise you are doing.
Things i think You should buy :
the leg extension that doubles as a lying leg curl
Medicine ball
Bands to help with pull ups and mobility
Kettle bells
Those heavy balls they throw on the ground
Grenade attachment for your rack to do tbar rows
I remember Simon saying that he wanted to make this video a while back, way before he got the house, so that’s hella cool he got to do it.

You can set up some sort of resistance band area or a separate bench area to do work with your legs. Just something to help build up those leg muscles, I prefer resistance bands myself but a bench to do some glute-ham raises, etc. would also work just fine! Looks great though Simon! :D
Miniminter, Vikstar and Behzinga gym session videos, alternating between different home gyms, giving each other advice, etc would be ridiculously good content

Congrats on the gym and the football pitch. Just a quick note, it's not very hard to learn the basics for building some muscle, bodybuilders make it seem extra difficult and too scientific! Once u learn the basics of how muscles work and what makes them grow, it's just the matter of experience to become better and know which moves work best for u. Specially becuz u ain't trynna become a professional one! So I'd say just watch some basic videos or talk to a trainer, about what makes the muscles grow, how to not hurt urself, and which muscles to work out on each day so ur exercise is efficient!
Definitely look into making a sauna in that extra room that you have! Amazing for recovery and for total body health! Go for a workout, pop in for 10-15 minutes or however long you can go, better recovery!
We had a journey watching Ethan lose all the weight and even gaining muscle mass, now it's time for the Simon Journey. Soon you'll be walking around henched fam!
Edit: You also should put a ice bath in that extra gym room, or an ice bath period. Helps with muscle soreness

In the storage room, you could have a minifridge for Milk, Water, etc. and perhaps protein bars. You can also have Proteinpowder, Creatine and other supplements stored there. For the storage in the gym, just use it for small items such as lifting straps, rubberbands all sorts of small everyday gym stuff

crazy how simon literally has my dream life, by 30 id want to be in his exact situation. He’s happily married with a beautiful wife, football pitch in back garden, good size group of best friends who dont leach off him but also push him to be his best self, sick dog, probably perfect house (from what i’ve seen i assume it is) congrats simon it couldn’t of happened to a nice man and u really have the end game i strive towards
You could possible use thst extra storage room for sports equipment. For ladders, pilons, football sack, markers, etc. Or put in another fridge for any refreshments and supplements you might use. Nice video Simon!

With the storage room I would probably try to turn that into a kind of mini-kitchen. Keep a blender, some supplements, and maybe a fridge with some fresh fruit to make protein shakes and smoothies and stuff. Or just put a cold tub in

A suggestion for the spare room in gym: You can get these multi purpose machines which allows for pull ups, dips & then also leg raises. Will benefit you in many ways and won’t take up much space :)
Make that extra storage room into a little sink with a blender / ninja, with protein powder. A fridge as well. For various hydration drinks and milks for the powder. If you're wanting to gain,definitely some bulking powder.
