Getting to Vaelan - Seal of Ascension

You must have "Unadorned Seal of Ascension" in your inventory to talk to him. You'll need a second one after you have the gems.

PS: I just did it at lvl 62 as a pala, with Blessing of Salvation, pulled not a single mob.

It maybe a bug, but according to others on wowhead and thottbot, you need 2x[Unadorned Seal of Ascension] (so basically another one)
