How To Make Apple Fritters Using Pancake Mix

2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
About 1/4 cup milk (more if needed)
Glaze
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powder sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 Tablespoons milk

Looks delicious. I gotta try this way of makin' apple fritters.
BTW - I don't know how you make do with the square dish you had for the apples. We had some square plates and bowls that lasted all of two months before they hit the road.

Is there a substitute for cornstarch?

You can roll them in flour first or just omit that step and mix them right in. Hope this helps. 👍
