He’s so talented not only did he play a character, he played a 23 characters within a character wow 😮😮
I really wish James McAvoy would’ve won awards for this - he was brilliant, I mean the way he transferred seemlessly from one persona to the next with the accents, mannerisms, demeanor - when I think about how difficult that is to do and make it believable that he really has 23 completely different people in this one body… spectacular - he has not gotten enough credit, he really should’ve won best actor that year hands down!
Ya know it's cool to think that Split is one of the few Super Villain origin stories... And I think thats why people loved it so much it was a breath of fresh air.
James' sharp intelligence just brings all his beautiful attributes together. His charm also makes the darker side to him seem attractive.
Favourite movie. Saw it ten times
I saw it for the first time last week, and have watched it 4 times since then. James was brilliant and the fact that he got zero nominations is just wrong.

At first it was his looks that got to me, then I heard his Scottish voice that's what got me more attracted to him.
For me it's neither, it's his gorgeous beautiful face.
This was hella good and cool but I gotta say, it was pretty funny when James played like alot of personalities and very impressed by his acting..spot on😁❤️

When my husband and I first watched SPLIT we didn't talk to eachother once. We were just amazed how incredible James McAVOY was. We could hardly breathe. The. 1st scene where Casey is abused by her uncle and he got naked I actually threw up. ( I LOVE HEARING JAMES TALK! I was hoping he was Irish, that's what it sounds like to me, but in this video when he says " keep the audience on their" tows" ❤ and Betty Buckley? " get outta here" 🌟❤❤❤ with the Coronavirus going on, we had 2hours where we didn't think about being quarantined.

This director often manages to captivate me... no disappointment with silly / cheap endings. Even some works like The Village and Signs seem underrated to me as the climax he comes up with in both films are extraordinary disturbing and full of uncertainty.

I know this movie is fictional, but I just need to make sure people know that people who have DID in real life ARE NOT DANGEROUS. They do not have secret, murderous alters-they have been victims of abuse once as children, and are actually more likely to revert back to being the victim than being the aggressor. Please don’t base your knowledge of DID on movies, since they often sensationalize things. There are so many books, websites, and CZcamsrs that can inform you on the subject such as Multiplicity & Me, The Entropy System, BrainDID, etc.
