@@ana419 i'm trying to share with you, but CZcams keeps deleting my reply.
@@ana419 can you add a temporary email address to your CZcams profile and I will email you directly?
@@spacklesworth What a shame. Try maybe refreshing the page and posting it in smallèr portions. Thank you!
I have been the caregiver for my mom, who has dementia, since 2018. Is there a financial assistance program for caregivers of parents in the state of Maryland?
Hello Eton, thanks for the question. If you call the person I have in the description, or email him, he might be able to point you in a direction.
How about State of Michigan too? 🤔
@@wendiannejohnson399 Hi Wendi Ann, thanks for the question. If you call the person I have in the description, Ugo, or email him, he might be able to point you in a direction.
Does anyone know the number to call for information ?.
Where do I find the information for PA of how to take courses and be paid to take care of mom? She is 76, and I am 46.
I would email the person I interviewed (his info is in the description) and he might have a contact in his network? Basically you should look for a home health care agency- they 'should' have knowledge about this. But I am sure that my friend will help point you in the right direction
so did i understand you correctly, that if i am a 24 hour caretaker living with my parent, does that disqualify me ?
I don’t believe so, quite the contrary, you can be living or not living with the person that you’re caring for and still receive benefit. I suggest that you contact the person that I was interviewing if you look in the description notes of the video you’ll find his contact info. Good luck!
What about people who dont qualify for medicaid
Hello! Thanks so much for watching, I’m afraid I’m not an insurance expert, so you might wanna send an email to the guest that I was on the show with I was just interviewing him to bring information to people. But I’m not very well-versed in that program.
My payment has been delayed by a month. Came out of the blue. I live in Colorado and I can hardly even get a response the resource exchange here
Thanks for the question , is the payment from the state of CO? and when you say resource exchange, do you mean the person I have in the notes of this video? If you dont mind clarifying I will try to point you in the right direction
how much can you make weekly?
Hi! I dont know the answer to this. Depends on your state, and also the types of duties you do for the person. Some amounts are small, and not sure the max. You can contact the person I interviewed. Email, his contact info in the description!
@@LoanWithJen thanks im in boston mass ill check
What is the hourly rate for the caregiver?
There are a lot of variables, as with any job: where you live, experience, if you are licensed, if you are independent or working for a company. Best of luck.
Can i get paid for caring for boyfriends 98 grandma in my home
Likely. The caretaker does not have to be a family member from what I understand. Email the person I interview in the video. His information is in the description notes. He can point you to someone hopefully in your state to help. Good luck!
