A butchers is the best place to buy pork belly.
That looks great. Most chefs use a small amount of oil on the skin before cooking - but you don't. Should I leave the oil alone?
Most chefs use oil to help the salt stick better, I've never bothered to be honest. Either way will be fine I'm sure. 😀
