      Yes, that's the best reason why I got these...no need to water. We had drought problems her in California, so we try not to buy plants that require a lot of watering. Real or not, succulents are excellent plants that do not require too much care. Tfw, hugs :)

      LifeAt50&Beyond excuse my dumb question but if using real succulents, what would need to be done differently and how often do u water them? Or do u just "mist" them and HOW often. Thank you, LOVE your channel

    Does anyone have any ideas of what to do with the discarded succulent pots?

    • @LifeDIYJosie
      @LifeDIYJosie  Před 6 lety

      Try removing the foam and clean it. Place melted candles to make a new one. Or, you can plant seeds to be repotted later. TFW Kara. Hugs~ Josie :)

      Oh no...do you have 99 cents store? They carry the succulents too if your Dollar Tree has none. Hope you find them. TFW, hugs ~ Josie :)

    Are those REAL succulents? If not can u use real ones and what would be done differently?

    • @LifeDIYJosie
      @LifeDIYJosie  Před 7 lety

      Hi Glamour Babies, these are artificial succulents; however, you can use real ones using the same technique. You only need to only use small amount of water every couple of days. Some succulents survive with only once a week watering. Depending on the species, some even longer! Thanks for watching and for your inquiry. Hope you enjoy your day. Hugs ~ Josie :)
