Public Education should not be profit driven. other countries can do it ?why not USA ?

What if public education provided useful skills for a profit?

Public education is non-profit and therefore cannot generate profit. Even at 6k/year, CSU is heavily subsidized by the state and if students were expected to pay the real cost of an education, it would be in the tens of thousands. This is not a plug for increasing costs as I know students are struggling, but providing some perspective.
