    I like this video. My one issue is that I don't see where the yellow marks that were made on each sprocket, are actually etched on the sprocket. Also I don't see where they line up on this timing chain

      Hi! Thanks for your comment. Each spocket has a mark but we did the yellow mark to highlight it more in the video. The timing chain has 2 chain links with a darker colour which have to match with the mark of the spockets.

      @@AjusaAutomotive my new chain only had 1 gold link

    • @AjusaAutomotive
      @AjusaAutomotive  Před 5 lety +1

      @@MatthewTaylor3 In that case, the gold link has to fit with the variable sprocket and the yellow mark of other sprocket has to be at 12 o'clock position.

      Will engine lifters tap when you manually turn engine. Mine taps on each stroke. The taps moves down engine like the springs it something. Engine is quite when it runs though

      Wenn Sie die Wellen mit eingebauten Stößeln drehen, ist es unvermeidlich, dass sie springen, wenn die Nocken die Stößel passieren. Alles Gute
      If you turn the shafts with the tappets installed it is inevitable that they will jump when the cams pass the tappets. All the best

      Hi! Maybe you are right, then you could use our anaerobic seal AJUSTICK 75000400.

      only people that dont know anything else but green vw sealant, would think, anything else than green hasto be silicon. clearly he gets his info only from youtube videos. If he had any idea, he woud know that VW dont manufacture the Green sealant, its actually manufactured my Wurth and Loctite,, which they both sell the identical sealant, obviously not in green, because they manufacture that for VW. its only green so that idiots like this one, can never mix it up at the dealership, and can always be traced back or proven, that the right sealant was applied. this is only to eliminate mistakes and arguments, because dealerships are full of idiots. He has the Nerve to comment on actual suppliers videos, saying that they dont know how to use their own products, without even knowing what the product is. Perfect example of a uneducated ignorant, you tube comment section lecturer. there are millions of these people. they just write stuff, to feel like they caught someone out. too much time on their hands.
