It was obvious to me that Vivica's reaction conveyed that she was unapologetically out for herself.
Taraji was the same way when allegations came out about their agent. She had all praises for him meanwhile other sisters said he allegedly tried sexual advances toward them. No support from her whatsoever. Look how this all plays out. Now Vivica doing the same…no support.

I faced this issue when I was in banking in the early 90s. Our bank customers weren't feeling "black" men and women and weren't shy about shunning us or telling the branch manager there were too many of us working in a certain location. The legal industry same way. It has been going on and will continue. What's worst, the colorist amongst our own people. Yeah, the dark and light hatred is big within a lot of families.

Vivica's response is what I would have expected it to be. She doesn't publicly discuss other people's issues, at least I've never seen her do it. I believe she's kind hearted and could very well have reached out to Taraji herself. The persona she portrays is that life continues to life and unless it's lifing on her she let's it be what it is. You don't hear about her name in a lot of nonsense. She keeps her personal life and opinions to herself. I can't say that she hasn't experienced what Taraji experienced, she may not have the expectations that Taraji has. Their bodies of work are very different. Like someone stated below, they are different levels at this time in their careers. Vivica seems like a B list actress now. She is not about to mess up the chances that she still has. Love Vivica, too. I'm not going to judge her for being honest. Maybe she's good financially because she managed her money right and made smart investments. Vivica is a hustler. She has her hands on a lot of projects. That's what an aging actress has to do to survive in these streets. I don't think Vivica is fooling herself, and Im sure she's had her own negative experiences in the industry, too. Teranji could take a page out of Vivicas' book.

Taraji has been in the business long enough to know that pay and set accommodations are negotiated BEFORE the project starts filming. If she didn’t like the terms, she should have walked away from the project.

The top actors either have amazing agents from the start or had bad agents that they dropped at some point before getting there. If your agent is putting you aside focusing on other people to the point that it's affecting your career, not fighting for you or pigeonholing you, you need to go somewhere else.
