For Mature/Maturing locs
Re-tie update: I asked my stylist what she was spraying in my hair. It's a leave-in conditioner, which is says is okay because of the maturity of my locks (over 2 1/2 years now). Here it is:

You and your hair are beautiful and I really love the look for sure looks good on you too. Have you seen the Bella locks? I think that’s what they are called they kind of look like twist and/or braids. My hair is very fine I’m sure I probably couldn’t get them because of the weight. Your videos are so cute. Thanks Robin! I just looked up the locs and they are so so gorgeous-thanks! Now I have to watch 1000 videos about them (I can't help myself). There are sisterlocks/microlocs creators with fine hair that share their loc experiences to help folks with similar textures and densities. I have to tell you though, they do get heavy when wet-particularly if you wash them loose! I'd love to see my loc get to mid-back, but then I'd get regular trims to maintain the desired length.

Your sister locks are Gorg. If you don’t mind, what does the cost run you every 6 wks, initial lock process? Also, did you get over the feel of feeling your strands of hair? You are making me think twice about locking up at that level. Ooh, and appreciate the tip on the 4c edge control.
Hi M. Boston and thank you! My retightenings are about 3hrs. I come with my hair washed and dried. It's $165 every six weeks. The install was on 7-8 inches of hair, and if memory serves me correctly, the install package price was $1000 for 2-4 inches of hair. I had 7-8 inches of hair, so it was around $1300 (additional $75/inch after 4 inches). The install package includes a consultation and the first re-tie.

Your hair is gorg😩 My aunt has sister locks and they are so long and beautiful! My mom just got them installed last month and now im like 😳🤔. The way I struggle with my hair is ridiculous! I really wonder if I could handle these. I hate these darn wigs lol! My hair is past bra strap length and Im wondering how long it would be after locking 🤔 Any way…..Thanks for the video.
Thank you Kura! You always look gorgeous! It's worth at having a consultation and getting an idea of install and re-tie cost. The shrinkage with locs is so so real, so even if your hair is long, this style will take up quite a bit of length. Hair is so personal, do what makes you feel beautiful!
