I once ordered mozzarella sticks from buffalo wild wings and one of the sticks didn't have mozzarella. They somehow made a stick of breading full of air in the shape of a mozzarella stick. I wasn't so much angry as completely preplexed as to how they managed such a feat.

I used to work at an Arby's, sometimes if there's a hole in the mozzarella stick all the cheese just leaks out of it in the fryer leaving a hollow bread tube of disappointment.
I had this happen to be at Sonic... but with all FIVE cheese sticks. I was so amazed it almost didn't even bother me, and I've talked about it for over a decade. Lol

I had this happen to me but with chicken from Panda Express. Hollow breading with glaze, no meat. Specifically the Panda Express from the food court inside my college. The Panda Express 2 miles away was good tho.
I love how this was such a piss-poor dish that he legitimately wasn't sure it was the correct order because it was so badly made. Classic Fast-food experience!

And don't even get started on the theory of Schrodinger's Disappointment because his disappointment is immeasurable, but at the same time ReviewBrah being ReviewBrah, he reviews his disappointment, thus meaning, he actually can measure his disappointment. No one expects the Reviewbrah Inquisition
I once ordered a chicken sandwich from KFC. When we got home from the drive-through, I lifted the bun to see that there was lettuce, mayo and that's it; no chicken patty. This was 20 years ago and I am still pissed.
Now this makes me laugh. Over the summer, maybe 3 or 4 months ago, I got a bigmac from mcdonalds because i havent had one in years and needed something quick, and had the same experience. No freaking beef patties! Not one. I was so pissed that I drove all the way back there and had to wait in line to get it replaced because the dining room still wasnt open. Man, I'm getting pissed thinking about it.
Bro my first job was Carl’s Jr. This random man ordered 2 burgers all the way. Lettuce tomatoes pickles mayo onion special sauce and cheese. I put everything on there but I was in such a rush that I forgot to put the patties on both of them 🤣😂😅 luckily it was a dine in order so the man got up and yes my boss almost fired me but I was able to give him his beef 🥩

Back in the 90s when they had the original chicken littles, I ordered like 20 of them for some friends and I. I got home, and they were all just mayo inside the rolls. No chicken. Every single one. My friends are still mad at me to this day for not checking the bag before I left.
Had this exact problem at McDonald’s w a mcchicken like 3 months ago.
I've had fast food orders get fucked up extremely hard, but I didn't know it was possible to screw up a 6 dollar sandwich this badly.
I ordered a 13 dollar chicken tender box from KFC. I got 4 pieces of fried batter with no chicken, and a crushed biscuit.
I was so mad that I went to the store and bought chicken breasts and peanut oil to make my own. I was able to make more chicken tenders than I could eat for the same amount of money.
I come back to this every so often because his face upon seeing the pitiful chicken is gold
My daughter comes up to me and goes “why are you watching that”

I ordered Buffalo wings at their restaurant once several years ago. They arrived and had only a light drizzle of Buffalo sauce. When I told the server I wanted my wings sauced properly, she left and the manager came to my table saying I would have to pay for extra sauce. I haven't returned since.

Doesn't surprise me. I reported their chocolate cake that I ordered to the Better Business Bureau. What was suppose to be a slice of chocolate cake with ice cream was chunks of chocolate cake in a cup. No ice cream and it looked like someone chewed up the cake and spit it into the cup. They gave me gift certificates and changed the picture on their page.

The fact that someone boxed up that sandwich and sold it to their customer is absolutely astounding.
And not just any customer, but one of the most popular internet food reviewers in the world haha.
Some places have next to no quality control or standards. When I grilled I tried my best to serve good looking food with proper ingredients. Some days I wouldn't grill though so there was always differences in plating. Some people's wraps came out looking like it was rolled by a kid and flattened.
Fast-food employees don't get paid enough to care.

Before I was on work from home my office campus had a tim hortons and I'd always order a croissant sandwich with no tomato and I'd literally watch the guy reading the screen ingredient by ingredient to know what not to put on the sandwich, and he'd read the no tomatoes line and put on tomatoes every time. After a few years I got used to just having to loudly say "no tomatoes" whenever the guy started reaching for them.
I can't tell you how much I enjoy your videos. I am 56 and drive a truck and eat most of my meals out..which has become scarier. I couldn't tell you how many times I've gotten incorrect orders..old food.. cold food. for the increasing prices it's awful. customer service is seldom found. I recently got a Wendy's baconator that had ZERO bacon and was old....a McDonald HAMBURGER I ordered with no pickle that looked like someone scraped it off on the counter. you could see the ghost image of the pickle. anyway thanks for going on the fast food frontlines for us. you are truly awesome

I won’t name the place but I was in another state for work and went through a drive thru for a burger while driving on the freeway. I start eating the burger and tasted the cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sauce but realized there was no burger patty. I was on the freeway on my way to a meeting so no going back.

I have been to chik fil a dozens of times and my order had never been as bad as McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich. Whatever you get the point. I don't know how chik fila does it but there products are consistent in any location on quality.

I am so glad to live in Bosnia for these types of reviews because here food is ALWAYS good. The lowest point you can get is if the food is not for example salty enough, not much of sauce given, etc. Taste, portion, value is always on spot.
