Yokohama best quality in budget…. (Michelin, continental, Yokohama these are very good). Very good video..
Just one more tip to add
1. Whatever tyre you select,it's better to be less than 3-4 months from manufacturing date ..bcz rubber in the tyre loses its property if not fitted on the wheels.
2. Wheel alignment- 5000Kms
3. Tyre pressure- 33psi when 1-2 people and 35 psi when 4 people occupies.
4.My personal preference in order
A) Bridestone / continental/ Apollo ( all 3 are equally good and slightly higher price)
B) MRF,Goodyear, ceat,JK ( cheap and best for its price and ofcourse it's quality is ok ok )
Michelin is like Sony TV and we all knew it's good and rightly said it's rubber compound is soft and suitable for good roads.
Yokohama ?

Very useful video. Today morning I changed my two wheeler tyre and the shop owner told Michelin is the best in the world. Bridgestone is good for four wheelers. Tubeless is the default option nowadays
Seeing this video, I changed all 4 tyres to Michelin tyres. This video is very very useful. Nice questions asked, and the owner answered it very well. Hats off to both off you sirs.
Mr Tejpaal is honest and transparent. Experience speaking in every word. Good you got him!!
Im using Apollo Alnac 175/65 R14. Crossed 95000 kms.(every 5000 kms proper allignment and tyre rotation. Now i changed to new tyres same Apollo Alnac. Using City and highway rides and local village roads.
Ford Vehicle ? Ur are use
True. I got 78000 kms in just 2.5years from Alnac 4g R16 215/60. After that i moved to Michelin Primacy 4st and still running 125000kms.

My view is that repair of a puncture will lead to concentration of mass in the puncture zone. So it is definitely advisable to balance your tyre after repair of a puncture
Very useful information.. Beautifully explained.. I got the answers for my long lasting questions regarding tyres.. I use Michelin tyres and I am very much satisfied with the performance and its completely noiseless.. Also worried about the present out of stock situations of Michelin tyres..

Very useful information... would've been more appropriate if you would have connected ride quality with the tyre choice...say for cars with soft and stiff suspension...

Very good information ever heard . The tyre shop owner has very good knowledge in automobile tyres. I am living in kerala and iwill surely visit your shop when I purchase anew car.
What about MRF, CEAT ... Tyres??? Because those are very popular brands and playing major role in Indian roads for long periods.....
Also Apollo & MAXISS (Which is whell known brand for off-road rides)
Your videos never fails birla sir.. all your videos have lot of info with good content... the way you put efforts on each video is amazing..Good Luck for your success.
Sir it was much much more informative…big salute to the store owner…thank you very much sir
These kind of practicality videos are in need of the hour rather than seeing car reviews.
Nowadays all cars having same features and getting bored of listening the same stuffs.
I have vento car. Michelin tyres came along with the car. It came very well ( upto 60 K kilometres ) for city roads usage. Then I bought Bridgestone, it performed poor. The tyre broke like as if it made of plastic. All the four tyres disintegrated very fast.
Michelin is the best for almost all types of roads.
Michelin which are coming to India are coming with isi marking ..
Só tyres have been tested and made according to Indian standards
A small request : kindly post an video the essential accessories which we needed on mid range as well as level down mid range cars

MRF tyres, particularly ZLX, is very good. But the commission the company pays is on the lesser side. Hence, dealers of other tyres will say MRF tyres are very bad.
Really?
Ya I have heard people say mrf is very bad want to know if it’s true ?
I am also using MRF ZLX, but professional people are not speaking about MRF, also some people told MRF good for heavy vehicle only.
MRF users pls clear fye !!
@@viveks8797 I used MRF ZLX for my nissan sunny.. Performance of my car dropped no comfortable full tyre noise even at highways.. Nw I moved to Michelle 1yr back nw I can feel my comfortable while driving nd I get 1.5 km mileage extra....
MRF tyres are also really good on performance , can never tell it's below bench mark but when compared to other brand like Michelin and Yoko they are definitely less , we are paid highest profit in selling india brands like MRF apollo and ceat bcz they are very low priced
Yet another feather to your hat birla....Excellent interview ....the dealer gave lot of information. But he is talking about only premium brand tyres, how about MRF and CEAT..you could have add that also.
Thanks for the showroom owner who explained clearly
Very informative . Good work. The dealer was super honest and spoke the facts. Thanks

VERY GOOD BRIEFING BY THE SHOP OWNER.
HE NEATLY EXPLAINED ABOUT THE VARIOUS TYRES. GOOD.
Sir உங்க வீடியோ எல்லாம் சூப்பர் இந்த மாதிரி வீடியோ நிறைய போடுங்க என்ன மாதிரி beginners Ku romba useful aa irukku
Bro. It’s a good video and you covered everything.
One small suggestion. The explanation on Aspect ratio was hurried up and misinformed. The aspect ratio is always represented in % of the tyre width. A little deeper insight into decoding tyre designation may have helped people understand better. Example, size of 155/80R13 means, (at rated inflation),
155mm tyre side wall width,
80% aspect ratio which is 155x80/100=124mm. This is the height measured from the road surface to bottom of the rim.
R represents Radial Ply tyre
13 inches is the diameter of the rim.
A lower aspect ratio means better cornering ability at high speeds and fairly safer at bursts.
Overall good efforts.
Sridhar.
So if we upsize due to reduction of 10mm of sidewall... Will this increase the thud of potholes or reduce them when compared to stock Tyres!!!! Im planning to upsize my swift tyres from 165/ 80 to 185 /70 .... Apart from drop in mileage and increase in grip !! What improvement will i get!?
Brilliant thanks rgds
Very informative 🎉🔥
Both are wonderful personalities… from the way they pass on information
Naan ennoda car ku Tyre change pannanum nu irukken so Unga video Rompa useful bro
Thanks for coming up with such useful content 👌
13:16; When we are increasing the Width of the tire, we are not actually reducing the height, Actually reducing the Aspect Ratio.
(Aspect Ratio = Height/Width %) So, when the Width increases... The Aspect ratio must go down to maintain the total height...
Rightly said 👍
You want to be a collage professor or a good politician sir what an excellent definition
The best video from South, I have been searching videos on tires, all are in Hindi language and I don't understand 100%. I'm from Andhra I understand Tamil better than Hindi 👍. Video Mela like podunga 😊
Good content ... 👍 ... But could have explained about Indian brands like CEAT, APOLLO, MRF, JK etc.

Good content... But very sad to see none of the Indian Brands like MRF are mentioned... I Don't think it's a fair comparison or a fair lineup of categorization... I always prefer to use MRF in all my Vehicles from bikes to van...
Yes, but dealers not having mrf stocks they will not mention positively about MRF tyres.
Mrf wanderer tyre burst in 5months and to the surprise they didn't even bother for a replacement even under warranty as the car itself is 5 months old.... Very disappointing with MRF
Fantastic interview. Appreciate the show room owner. Very informative.
Highly technical session. One of the best videos of Birlas Parvai.
Good information. He has not mentioned Goodyear as a premium soft tyre and also MRF as a hard tyre. Guess he does not deal with both these brands. Goodyear is an excellent tyre for a smooth ride.
Yes. Both of them haven't mentioned about MRF. I can't guess the reason for that.

Regarding the owner ,as more knowledge on tyres . He must have said the difference in cost between each tyres.
Excellent Anna. Valuable information from experts. Good job. Keep Going!!!
Michelin is very soft compund and prone to easy puncture on bad roads and it has a soft side wall which us good for suspension but not good for very bad roads. Even mrf perfinza is too good. Mostly I feel Bridgestone strikes the balance.
What about good year or Apollo or Mrf?
As a polymer technologist Michelin has the best tyre building practice. I will go for it
Yeah thats why he said michellin pure highway use only
I use Michelin in my both hatchbacks wonderful breaking and driving comfort in city and highway stability, only thing you should drive carefully in bad roads since it side walls prone to damage easily, clocked 30k in both cars.
@@sivakumarbalasubramanian5925 yes soft side wall is the only downside and need to be careful on bad roads.
Super very experienced tyre dealer.. Gave Gud clarification but I wonder what about MRF tyres.
Same doubt broo......
He is not Dealing with MRF in this shop he have one more shop in the name of RR tyres there if you go and speak he will tell MNC brands are waste and Indian brands are good.

Hi Sir,
Shall we bring and run the car in neural gear when it's normally running 60KM/hr at top gear? Would like to know more technically what happens if we do it...
Yes friend, I do it regularly in a particular stretch of highway . Is it OK?
Not recommended bro..
@@balasubramaniank.a.9391 How many liter fuel you're saving 😂😂
@@Vivekvikki214 62.50 litres. ... too much? ????? Can't believe it ? ?? OK 62.5 milly litre
@@balasubramaniank.a.9391 😂😂😂 All the best saving your few milli liters of fuel and one day you will have a huge bill..
Avoid Using the Neutral Gear, this action will not speed up the car instead it will actually slow it down and not only that but the transmission cuts fuel to the engine that it doesn't get the proper lubrication to run smoothly. This can significantly damage the car.
What about other brands like MRF, Apollo etc. Many uses cars in city only and drive less. What is your recommendation . How do you prove that the life is only 5 years? It is not meeting my doubts.
When you take a comparison between MRF apollo jk ceat and all
MRF would be the leaders with the wide range of tyres at a reasonable price with good quality but tyres would be slightly hard , a good choice for city usage
Rubber tends to get hard after 3-4years so beyond tht the tyres start buldging
MRF ZLX is Comfortable Tyre with Higher Life
