    This is great. I just made myself a calendar 3 weeks ago for my regimen. Part of my problem is not staying consistent or forgetting to use something, but with using my calendar I'm able to stay on track and I'm already noticing a difference with my hair 😊

    Thank you!! I wash my hair every 2 weeks and alternate my deep conditioner with a herbal hot oil treatment. Look forward to alternating my ayurvedic mask with the shampoo once I get shikakai and the clays

    NowIAmNappy so you use protein dc once a month and henna glosses every six weeks? What do you use for protein dc? Do you moisture dcs on all weeks except one whether that’s an ayruvedic one or just a store bought one? ?

    Love your regimen. The problem that I have is I get bag off on Monday and Wednesday, but sometimes on Saturday. So building a regimen can be a little complicated for me. I am going to try and set up one if you can help me out

    Hi thank you for sharing your recipes with us especially the calendar to keep Up with your hair routine also also I'm looking to build a recipe and routine for myself to strengthen and to help my strands an promote hair growth wondering if you could help me to build a regiment to get started with what im doing alreadyI also these are some herbs in my collection to name some Bhringaraj, amla, moringa neem, fenugreek, aloe,black seed,horsetail nettle,saw palmetto. I have low porosity hair. I would like if you can help me put an oil mixture together using some of the herbs to help my healthy journey. Thank you in advance for your help.     I can only wash my hair twice a month usually week 2 and 4 of the month my hair does not like washing often. I do have Kawasaki and scalp allergies will the herbs dry out my hair? Will this cause moisture overload due to the fact i get it frequently?

    I’m now Gingered to start this ayuverdic regimen. However I heard henna is strengthening is it okay to be using it every other week? Especially for highly porous hair ? Heard it just like a protein treatment so it can be drying

      I use different ones like Optiphen+ or Liquid Germall+ depending what diy i make. Usually the bottle will instruct on the percentages to use for that particular preservative ex. 0.05-0.2%

    when we make brahmi powder with shea butter oil mix, is it suppsed to be applied on freshly washed hair?

      I would use the shea butter/oil mix as the sealant after I applied a leavein conditioner to my hair.

      I think aritha is definitely clarifying. Shikakai is not as harsh but a great cleanser

      Definitely try amla powder and also figure out what’s causing the hair loss. Is this crown related hair loss

      NowIAmNappy Thanks a lot for the reply..I am not sure because the loss started 3 years ago but I did not look into it that much,now it’s getting worse and my Gp referred me to a dermatologist but am still waiting for the appointment.I don’t know what to do because it’s getting worse day by day.

    Hope you see my comment and help me. My hair is dyed for the past 2 months i haven't really taken care of my hair no leave in conditioner or any hair products I had only Shea butter. Since then my hair has been breaking more than before. İ want to ask for some tips and care i can do for my hair. İ have only whipped Shea butter moisturizer as my hair butter

      Well hun you need a cream or liquid leave in. When you are using Shea butter it’s just sealing in the dryness. Try making one of the dIY leavein I have on my page
