I have the hides tanned and will use for chairs, gloves, etc. Hudson's on the Bend in Austin venison stew is my favorite recipe. If that yard pimp ever gets out of hand cook us a chicken stew! Our old rooster jumped up and spurred my mom when we were little. No sir, he caught a 22 short to the head and was our dinner that night! Love it SK
