      Apprentice crawling in the attic before and after interview jk😂. Interview from your apprentice; what got him to do hvac? Did he go to trade school? Had me rolling on the bukis comment! True though

      We want to know your story. How you deal with employees and finding good help. How do you schedule calls and handle the installs. When did you know it was time to get a shop. Thanks for sharing

    I wish we put package units around here in South Louisiana. If that was the case I wouldn’t mind doing residential.

    Is it common for HVAC companies to radio in to dispatch? My company uses Service titan and find it to be very useful

    So did replacing the cap on the blower and cleaning the flame sensor work for that call?

  • @joshuat2751
    @joshuat2751 Před 3 lety

    soo whats with that dispatch system? are alot of companies like that in your area? never seen that in south florida, typically we just call our dispatcher , debrief the call and get the next one and go

    • @hvacboss2060
      @hvacboss2060  Před 3 lety

      We dispatched with phone app radio is just a back up every truck has one and we use to check in and out but customer info comes thru app. It’s just faster with radio and also I get to listen to see where every one is and if there finished and all techs like to joke around on the radio so we like it
