He’s young for the draft with a July birthday, 6’4”, 184lbs, great numbers will probably play in the U20 SM-sarja for most of this upcoming season and getting some time in Liiga then the following year will be in Liiga full time.
Habs fans won't like it but honestly I wouldn't mind them picking Parekh at 5th overall if Lindstrom and Demidov are gone. The upside feels too high to pass for me.

I dont know what gets prospects their ranks, can you (or anyone) explain to me how a player like Anthony Romani and Dalyn Wakely of the North Bay Battalion, who both put up 100+ points this draft year yet are rated to go somewhere in the 3rd-5th rounds.
do you think san jose could use the 2nd rounder they just got in the walman deal, another 2nd, (we have 3) and 14th ovr to move up with a seattle or other team in the top 10 to get a really good d man like parekh or dickinson?
