So Canon in D but in the key of C or just Pachelbel's Canon, transcribed for C. That's cool. It's good to know how to transpose or use a capo. Capo 2nd fret for key of D and play the same way. Enjoy.

That one is barre chord. You can learn that in ukulele chord books...

The numbers below the tab are the left-hand fingering: 1=index finger, 2=middle finger, 3=ring finger and 4=little finger. The dash (-) indicates the guide finger, left-hand finger that moves along the same string to another fret.

It depends. This song is intermediate level, if you have been playing ukulele for years, it should take a few days or weeks. If you are a beginnner, it will take months.

yes, I always use Standard Tuning (High G tuning) for ukulele. :)

what do mean by half barre?
Half-barre means pressing 2 strings at the same time using left-hand 1st finger.
Good tutorial, but title says Canon in D while it is obviously in C major. Pachelbel canon degrees are I V VI III IV I IV V . And here degree I is C.
+Eric Reynaud Thanks for your comment. If the song was titled "Canon in C", then everyone would wonder what song it is. This is the easiest key for ukulele solo (what I found). I try not to alter the song title given by the composer. May be I should add a description to clarify the confusion. Thanks again.
Well, Sungha Jung plays it in F, and just calls it "Canon" (without any mention of the key). He also plays it in F# on the guitar. Pachelbel's Canon should be enough to identify the song.
+Eric Reynaud I think Pachelbel did not just write ONE canon. This is only one of its canon. I cannot tell when I want to arrange other of his canons. It will be confusing if both songs are named as "Pachelbel's Canon".

In the video description it is indicated that this “Canon in D” is arranged in the key of C major, which is much more playable and accessible than arranging in the key of D major. Hope this explains the reason clearly.

烏克麗麗的廠牌是aNueNue。由於買了烏克麗麗至今還沒斷過弦，所以還沒換過弦。我忘了當初買的時候是甚麼琴弦，看了看aNueNue的網頁，我猜琴弦應該是Aquila Nylgut strings。

Isn't it canon in c?
In my personal opinion, “Canon in D” is the song title, which cannot be changed. So I rather named it “Canon in D, arranged in C major”.
