I cannot find anything about this exposed entity stuff anywhere online. Afaiu from what was said, you can still get finance as a corporation with foreign shareholders, except there are just only two banks that will finance it. Still infinately better than none.

Generally 50% LTV however you need to work with a local bond originator they may work magic for you
