Ive stayed in the Adventureland Hotel next to the Park, I was there in 08 during the winter snow storm , some day I'll make it out. I liked the indoor pool and the BAR there too inside the Hotel. Thanks for the post Ranger.
I actually love smaller parks like this. They tend to be a lot less tourist-oriented and you can easily do everything in a single day. It's also nice to see a medium-sized park that hasn't been swallowed by one of the big regional park chains (and best of all, there's no freaking DC superhero crap!). This is definitely one that I'd like to check out.
Thx for the tour, I live in Des Moines and the last time I was here I was 6 and now I'm 14 lol 😂 and I'm going there next week, also, there are lots of new rides and I'm sad they removed my favorite ride, the silly silo and they also removed the log ride
