Jeremy finally puts a dual rate spring kit on his 2020 Polaris Rzr Pro Xp. He went with the Schmidty Racing Suspension Dual Rate Spring kit for the Walker Evans shocks. The unfortunate part is we find the upper shock mounts to be wallowed out and will require some welding to repair. We also suspect the shocks desperately need a recharge. Ultimately Jeremy decided to wait to set ride height until the nitrogen is refilled and the doors and fenders are done.

You might want to get bronze bushings that have a step. Use a step up bit to make the hole accept it. You’re going to use a longer bolt. This way the your frame will be safe. You might half to grind the bushings to fit flush because the metal being so thin. If that’s not enough strength you can support the bushing with washers. I recommend spraying them with wax chain lubricant and let it dry before installing. If you’re lucky you can probably get bushings that secrete oil as they ware. Good luck

Why didn’t you compress the springs with the compressor to set the length so you didn’t have to set the pre load by hand for a week
