Busy Day in my Life as a Pro Basketball Player / Two Workouts, Yoga, and Date Night

Come with me for a day in my life as a pro basketball player. I had two practices, yoga, and a fun date night with my wife. Today was all about setting an intention and be conscious of it the whole day. For me, I chose to be "elegant in the ups and downs of the day". If we want to grow as basketball players and people, then it is important to be conscious about what we are working on especially when its hard to track things like our mindset and mental health. I hope today gave you guys a good example of how to be still amongst busyness as well as simply what an day in the life of an overseas pro basketball player is like.
Lets keep choosing growth and necessary discomfort.

I like that idea of staying positive through the bad times. Seems like the universe throws everything at you all at once, but here in Portugal we have the saying "Deepois da tempestade vem a bonança". It roughly translates to "there's always blessings after the storm". Keep at it 💪 loving the videos
