What's terrifying is that this isn't Pep But's true powers. After this ends, he chews out his younger self, saying that he was on the verge of reconstructing his body. So this wasn't his true power, he can still become stronger than this.
I doubt it. If Pep is THAT strong he would had rival or even surpass The Lich already. It's probably the curse fueling his negative thoughts.

Not His power at all💀 The monster summoned here was a primordial named Coconteppi. Pep Butt studied black magic so its reasonable to say he only knew how to summon it(as he did Hunson Abadeer)
I see some people theorizing that Pep Butt had Coconteppi sealed inside him the whole time. Thats an interesting theory but I think Coconteppi wouldve subconsciously made some attempt to escape over the years(as orgalorg did for Gunther) just can't imagine a primordial sittin quietly forever.

Does Princess Bubblegum even know that Peppermint Butler is attending Magic School in Wizard City, even though she clearly doesn't believe in magic? They really should have revealed whether or not she was aware of that, and I am honestly not surprised that they didn't do it given how "unpredictable" Adventure Time can be.
In Stakes she asked Pep for some healing advice, she seems to be fine with magic. Also when she was making a sandwich, she was doing some spells on a dough to turn it into a loaf.
She thinks magic is just misunderstood science. She's just mad that she can't control magic as easily as she can with science stuffs.

I feel like it was like palpatine with the jedi. Using the dark side to cloud their visions and for this case her obsession with her science, power, and isolation. Easy to work under the table.

I only watched a few episodes of the first season when Adventure Time first came out. This looks like it’s really good
Damn. The first 3 and a half seasons are pilot episode setups that dont hold real meaning toward the storyline because it wasn't intended to have a storyline at first. But some of those episodes were retconned to have significant meaning later so you still can't skip them💀 But the end of season 4 and past has an absolutely amazing story. Some episodes are obv better than others but the good ones really shine. Episodes Like Abstract and Three Buckets are the reason why this is my favorite animated series. The lore of their world is also very intriguing and expansive. I really couldn't recommend it enough.

My theory on Peppermint Butler.
He and Princess Bubblegum are one and the same person. He is an amalgam of all that was evil in her, that she removed from her person, the hard and inflexible, spicy, menthol cold, magic using parts of her being, leaving only the sweet, flexible, warm, scientifically rational parts of her. It is why she keeps him on as her butler... keep your enemies close, where you can keep an eye on them. And who could be a worse enemy then the deepest shadows of one's own soul. PB to PB.

bro did not watch it💀. Whoever named the vid wasn't paying attention because that's not pep butt, its a primordial named Coconteppi. Even in AT we know that pep butt can summon primordial monsters and bind them as he did Hunson Abadeer. This was by far the worst episode in the mini series and its not even that bad, people are just mad they killed off pep butt. Together Again is THE BEST episode in the AT universe. The only episodes in the original AT that are comperable to Together Again are the Finale, Abstract, Three Buckets and Seventeen. And imo those are all worse. The BMO episode was a banger, Obsidian was a banger. Like the only complaint I had was the episode order, Together Again shouldve been the finale and Wizard City shouldve been 3rd. Thats it. It was such a well crafted mini series that they put an immense amount of work into and it shows. Just got absolute buffoons like you spreading misinformation.
