    Adderley v. Florida | 385 U.S. 39 (1966)
In Adderley versus Florida, the United States Supreme Court considered whether a state’s trespassing statute could be used to convict peaceful civil rights protesters demonstrating outside a jailhouse without violating the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
Harriett Adderley and fellow students at Florida A and M University were protesting the arrests of other Florida A and M students, who had been demonstrating for the integration of public theaters the day before.

@@AndyFieldVoiceActor This is very true. Often, when it comes time for the Court to overturn a precedent they've set, they rely heavily on dissents from the case where the precedent was set (if applicable). Ex. National League of Cities v. Usery -> Garcia v. SAMTA
