Let’s see what’s going on around Cubao, Quezon City this BER-months 2023. We’ll be touring around the streets of Cubao during night time plus have a quick tour inside the newly-opened Gateway 2 which is an expansion of Araneta City’s Gateway Shopping Mall. Of course, our tour in Cubao won’t be complete without walking along the infamous Aurora Boulevard where most actions happen, including a short walk along EDSA Cubao.

Thanks for featuring Cubao po, napansin ko lang po sa lahat ng walking tour vlogs kapag sa Cubao area puro Araneta City at Arayat lang ang lagi pinupuntahan. Malaki po ang Cubao, try nyo din po sana idiscover yung sa side ng Murphy, sa Qmart, sa side ng simbahan ng Imaculate Conception Cathedral, etc. Part parin po ng Cubao yung mga yun. Salamat po.

Jan ako lumaki sa Brgy Immaculate. Dati pag gabi wala ng tao jan sa side ng flyover sa may side ng aurora. Madilim pa. Pero subukan nyo lakarin yung sa paligid ng Immaculate at dun sa pinagkaisahan ganda rin dun eh. Pero ingat lang jan sa may walk way sa edsa mejo delikado dun eh.

here's an idea (an extremely expensive one for the Araneta's about $2.3B). Replace the Araneta colosseum with a sphere like the Las Vegas one. That would bring thousands more to Cubao (more people, more spending, more revenue which in turn will drive up interest from retailers and shop owners to invest in the area, thu driving the commercial rent upwards) and with it, massive traffic jams and bottlenecks😆 Think of it as the modern version of the animatronics that used to be on display outside the C.O.D department store where people from all walks of life went to during Christmas to watch and enjoy...
