I am just gonna say that comparing players will happen forever in every sport. It will never go away it's just the way sports are. It is ultra competitive and people will always discuss who is the best and will always have their own opinion no matter what. I see where you are coming from but it won't change probably ever.
Yet the amount of wins Messi has over Ronaldo is a lot more than Ronaldo has. And some of those wins were by blowouts. Some were close. Messi always brought his heart, sometimes Ronaldo's forgotten about that part of it.
The other part of the difference is in Messi's HIGH IQ, not to say that Ronaldo isn't smart because he is too, but Messi's got incredibly high IQ for the game and he knows where his teammates will be and he is not afraid of giving an assist to teammates. More than Ronaldo I'd say.
