Part-time income is the most underrated aspect of “retirement” planning. You are going to want to spend your time doing something you enjoy, why not earn a little money while you do it!
Earning a little bit of part-time income could literally shave 5 to 10 years off your full time working career while at the same time substantially increasing life satisfaction and personal fulfillment.
Even the steadfast FIRE bros have started part-time jobs here on CZcams! 😂
Thanks Ari, It's always great to see when you do case studies because you walk through your though process which is always helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Love this video Ari!! Love your tools. A multiverse of parameters. Its so 😎. Hope all is well. Keep providing these amazing videos, especially the case studies. They are incredibly helpful!!
Thank you! Will do!
Spending tweaks can result in big payoffs down the road. The less you spend this year gets pushed forward into the future, creating slack in your retirement spending plan is a big deal. Thanks, Ari!
Well said!
Man Ill make 9K in pension in 4 years and still cant fathom retiring right now. Maybe when my children are grown but Ill easily wotk another 15 years, invest and save more.
Another great video Ari. Very similar to my age and portfolio value. I can’t imagine spending $8K but sure wouldn’t mind trying, lol. I’m closer to $6k/mtn. Quick question, was that $9K/mtn in healthcare? Seems high.
You’re welcome!
No - 9k/year healthcare.
First video I noticed the AUM is set to 0%. It would be interesting to see the impact the AUM fee has on the plan.
How can the average person get access to this type of software?
If I’m currently 30 and trying to retire at 60 with 10k a month what you think I should roughly be shooting for? 6 Million?
A lot of "what ifs". Is our main concern.. health care, Especially when the plans are to retire in five years at 56 Wife will be 62. Because I know we can cut back, We have no Real debt and about 1.6 in retirement with only a hundred thousand in roths For which we're maxing out now.

How about I spend it all… ;)
8k a minth must have debt or a big spender
I retired at 45. Worked 2 full time jobs. One purely for investing and the other for living off of. Now I have 21 million and married and living the life. Bottom line I learned-people are lazy.
You did well sir, Wishing you all the best!
Who the hell needs $8k per month?? What are you/they doing?!?
You obviously don’t live in a high cost of living region, like the SF Bay Area. Mortgage, property tax, food, fuel, vacations,….$8K can add up pretty quickly.
New Yorker!
Trips to Europe with the family a few times a year.
Paying child support still?
We live in OC CA. We are pretty frugal and almost spend that much without traveling. It’s crazy.
To me,this says a lot of nothing. It all depends!
